45 Magazine Submission Guidelines:
- There are none. Tell it like it is…or was!
- To receive credit for creative writing, be sure to include your name, city and state.
- You can submit as many stories and creative writings as you wish.
- 1,000 word limit. Anything that exceeds this will not be reviewed.
- Creative writings, ie. fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, screenplays will receive credit if the author leaves her name.
- Submissions accepted year round.
I.W.A. PUBLISHING 45 MAGAZINE ANONYMOUS SUBMISSIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. The AUTHOR warrants to the PUBLISHER known as 45 MAGAZINE aka IWA PUBLISHING SERVICES and its licensees that she/he is the sole AUTHOR and proprietor of the anonymously submitted Work; that the Work has not heretofore been published in book form; that she is the owner of all the rights granted to the PUBLISHER, and has full power to enter into this agreement, and that said rights are not subject to any proper agreement, lien, or other claim or rights which may interfere with the rights herein granted; that the Work is original; that it does not violate the right of privacy of any person; that it contains no libelous, obscene, or other unlawful matter; and that it does not infringe upon the copyright or violate any other right of any person or party.
B. The AUTHOR agrees to grant the PUBLISHER permission to edit and revise the submitted work as the PUBLISHER sees fit to prevent defamation of character or any issue stated in Section A.
C. The AUTHOR acknowledges that by submitting her/his work, she/he is donating their work to IWA PUBLISHING SERVICES/45 Magazine. The AUTHOR retains full rights to the submitted work and is giving IWA PUBLISHING SERVICES/45 Magazine permission to publish the submitted material via print, electronic publication, stage plays, screenplays, anthologies, and movie productions and will not receive any financial compensation or literary credit if their anonymously submitted work is chosen to be published via print, e-publication, or for stage plays, screenplays, and/or in movie productions.However,the AUTHOR will receive literary credit only for their creative work (poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, screenplays, and stageplays) submitted if they include their name. All personal (true) stories will remain anonymous.
D. 45 MAGAZINE/IWA PUBLISHING SERVICES retains the right to publish an republish the work in its anthologies, all electronic publications (website, social media, etc.), stage plays, screenplays, or movie productions.
The PUBLISHER may use and authorize others to use the submitted work in connection with the exercise of the rights granted under this Agreement and in any related advertising and promotion.
