45 Mag now only accepts the following:

  • Poetry
  • Monologue
  • Soliloquy
  • Spoken Word
  • Song

Occasionally we may feature short stories in fiction, non-fiction, and screenplay as a query.

Is there a particular subject you’re looking for?

Nope.

Is there a word count?

Try and keep it between 1,000 – 2,000 words

Can men submit writings?

Yes. 45 Magazine is also LGBTQ-Friendly.

Is there any content that you will not accept?

Topics laced with malicious hate, bigotry, and/or racism will be rejected.

45 Magazine cannot accept writings that have been electronically published.  Writers also retain the rights to their published works.
