Film Festival Screenings for Breakfast in Northport Poem
The poem, “Breakfast in Northport” has found new life in animation. The monochromatic short film or short has been circulating the film festivals and has been selected at The Wellington Film Festival, AlohaStream Film Festival, and Erie International Film Festival.
Chicken Soup for the Soul Animation Goes International
Now, “Breakfast in Northport” received recognition in England. The Birmingham Film Festival in the United Kingdom has selected Frey’s short film as an official nominee for two awards: Best First Time Filmmaker and The Audience Award.

England’s Birmingham Film Festival
The Birmingham Film Festival is slated to screen films from all over the world from Friday, November 17 to Saturday, November 25. The festival begins with a feature, City on Screen, followed by a festival launch party and ends with the extravagant red carpet Gala Awards.
Frey’s animation short will screen on Saturday, November 25 at 10:00 a.m. at Millennium Point.
